Found it at another place this morning, see http://stindberg.blogspot.com/2007/12/snowmen-art.html
They are for sale, Peter! I will post the name if the creators as soon as I am able.
Hope the creator attributes the source of inspiration - Bill Watterston's Calvin and Hobbes -
from the wiki:
Calvin, unlike Hobbes, thinks of snowmen as a fine art. Bill Watterson has said that this is a parody of art's “pretentious blowhards.” Once, out of ideas, Calvin signed the snow-covered landscape with a stick and declared all the world's snow as his own work of art, offering to sell it to Hobbes for a million dollars. Hobbes mellowly responds, "Sorry, it doesn't match my furniture," and walks away, leaving Calvin to contemplate, "The problem with being avant-garde is knowing who's putting on who."
Thank you, whoever you are, for this excellent information! Regardless, Bill Watterson needs to join us in the metaverse and spread his joy even wider, don't you think?
Great find, Peter! I just love the new environment, it's quite charming :)
